Start the permanent deletion of your NexoSphere / NexoChat account and its data.

How it works

  1. Enter the email address your account is registered under.
  2. We send a secure deletion link to that address — opening it is how we verify it's really you.
  3. Confirm on the linked page and your account, profile, conversations and any company where you are the only member are permanently erased.

Signed in already? Delete your account directly from your security settings.

Deletion is refused while you still own a company that has other members — transfer or remove them first. A company where you are the only member is erased with your account.
